Not the voice I heard

In my dreams sure it´s not

-          HELLOW??!

Like the tired shadow of a feathery cloud

What to say? – don´t hang up! Don´t you know?

Don´t you know I put a smile on your face

And dressed you in a bright summer dress

And we danced and I laughed

So loud I felt drunk and then

We stayed up all night

And we talked and I cried – don´t hang up! – and you were

Closer to me then my own
